Shipping/Return Policy

Backdrop orders have a projected turnaround time of 5 business days.

For backdrops, the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

For Rubber Mat Floors, there is a $65 flat fee for ground shipping in the continental United States.

Upgraded shipping is available for an additional cost, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your location.

We also ship worldwide, and the shipping cost for these orders will be calculated at checkout.

We want you to love your new drops. If you are not completely satisfied with your order due to a mistake on our end or because your product arrived damaged, you can request a refund by emailing us at cs@acilab.com with a picture of the damaged product and packaging. Subject to applicable law, we will not refund any amounts if your dissatisfaction with any product is due to a mistake on your part or simply because you have changed your mind. This includes poor image results on custom backdrops due to inadequate resolution or improper exposure.
